On November 7th 2014: JCC Consultancy organizes a special Executive roundtable for SMB customers from Microsoft Non Managed SMB partner B-K IT Solutions

At this very moment JCC Consultancy is very busy with organizing and finalizing the executive roundtable for Executives from SMB customers/organization from Microsoft Non Managed Partner B-K IT Solutions.

The purpose of this roundtable is to guide and help B-K IT Solutions’ SMB customers to explore and see the many possibilities and business value added functionalities of Microsoft business productivitity solutions Office 365. Most of the SMB Customers has migrated their Exchange mail to Exchange Online, but do not know there are many other smart ways to improve their way to collaborate with internal and external contacts or workers. They do not know that there are ways to see someone’s availability and presence for questions. Many of SMB customers do not know you can save documents from one point and share the document to other workers so they can work together real-time in the same documents. How cool is that and imagine how smarter  you can work and save time and eventually bring down your costs.

The roundtable takes place on Friday November 7th at the Headquarter of Microsoft Netherlands.

Microsoft Netherlands facilitates an executive meeting room and catering and during this roundtable we will challenge the  Executive attendees to share their insights and vision if it comes to business challenges and opportunities within their vertical. 15 Executives, owners and founders from SMB organizations and active in very different verticals such Legal, Consultancy, Car Transport, Travel agencies and Finance are represented.

September is going to be a very interesting month, because JCC Consultancy will organize the second Executive Strategy roundtable for Owner/Founders from Microsoft Non Managed Partners in the Netherlands. Microsoft Netherlands is facilitating the roundtable room in their Microsoft building near Schiphol Airport.

80% of Microsoft Non managed partners does not attend WPC or major Microsoft events

In December 2013 and January 2014, JCC Consultancy has conducted a survey among 500 Microsoft Non Managed partners in the Benelux and one of the questions we have imposed was : Will you attend SharePoint Conference Las Vegas or WPC Washington? 80% of them answered No, because they do not have time or the budget.

Besides there are 750.000 Microsoft Partners worldwide and only 16.000 of them attend the WPC Washington and SP Las Vegas. So that means there is huge group of 700.000 Microsoft non managed partners worldwide who does not attend the events and are missing out on the latest intel and insights. And yes there are hubs and portals where they can find and look back at the sessions and presentations, but they lack time, because it is business as usual.

Do you want to hear/see Microsoft’s new CEO Satya Nadella on Microsoft new strategy and vision on July 13th till 17th in Washington

2 months from now, the Microsoft World Partner Conference (WPC) will take place on July 13th till July 17th 2014 in Washington.

Last year at the WPC in Houston, former CEO Steve Ballmer presented that 2014 will be the biggest year of most innovativ solutions Microsoft has ever launched in history.

This year in Washington

That was Houston. This year and fiscal year 2015, Microsoft will launch their new CEO Satya Nadella to share his new strategy and vision in Washington.

I will be there as well on behalf of my company JCC Consultancy (www.jccconsultancy.com). I will solely attend Executive sessions and keynotes like I did at the SharePoint Conference last March in Las Vegas and I will live share the information I am collecting at these sessions. For those who has not decided to attend the WPC in Washington, let me give you some of my personal bullet reasons why you should be there:

  •  Bullet one: The New CEO Satya Nadella will kick off with the Strategy Keynote on Microsoft new strategy and vision. As Microsoft has decided to change her strategy into Services and Devices and transforming her internal organization and the international Channel Partners, for me it is crucial to hear from Satya what his vision is on the coming years if it comes to Cloud and Mobile. His vision and strategy will definitely impact the way Microsoft partners are doing business and force them to seriously rethink and rebuild their current Srategy, Sales, Marketing and Delivery activities.

Reflect, rethink and decide

Based on my experiences talking to Microsoft Non Managed Partners last year and the first 4 months and helping them out in making the right business decisions in terms of Strategy, Sales, Marketing and Delivery, I seriously would recommend  all Microsoft partners worldwide to reflect,  rethink about the continuity of your company and decide.

Ask yourself 3 major questions and decide whether to come to Washington or not.

  1. Is my current business model outdated or is it future proof and ready?
  2. How do your customers see your company? Do they see you as the Trusted advisor for the future and a leading innovative organization? Or do they see you as a follower who still believe in the old fashion way of doing business?
  3. Does your company has the right Cloud proposition at this moment? If not, I would seriously recommend you to ask yourself not twice, but three times, why your company does not have Unique Cloud proposition

 STAY THE COURSE OR CHANGE IT

For those who answerd the questions above in a positiv way, i can only say, thumps up and stay the course for the coming years. For those who answered at least one of the questions in a negativ way, come to the World Partner Conference in Washington and find and hear the right information so you can make the right decisions for your company, business in terms of Cloud, Enterprise Social, Mobile and Big Data and change your business model and make it future proof for at least the coming 2-3 years.

 

WPC HOUSTON

  • Bullet two: ENFORCE YOUR BUSINESS IN A STRATEGICALLY WAY AT THE WPC

The WPC is the place where Microsoft partners and customers can meet up and start new future business and strategical partnerships. Last year at the WPC in Houston, you can see on the picture above what the figures are of attendees. This year will be the same if it comes to the number of attendees. If your company is looking for new business partners to enforce your current business model or solution propositions, the WPC is the holy place to find the right partner to work with or join forces. Besides this you can also meet Microsoft stakeholders from Microsoft Redmond who can help you out to introduce you to other key player within the Microsoft organization.

My personal example, was my One on One executive meeting with the General Manager of Office 365 worldwide, Jared Spataro at the SharePoint Conference in Las Vegas last March. If I did not go the SharePoint event in Vegas, I would not have the chance to meet up with Jared who is normally working from HQ in Seattle.

Today JCC Consultancy and Microsoft Netherlands are organizing an exclusive intimate Executive Roundtable sessions for Owners/ Founders from Microsoft Non Managed SMB Partners at HQ from Microsoft Netherlands.

The session starts off with a lunch and I will kick off at 13.15 pm.

Today is the 3rd day of the SharePoint Conference and I will be attending the following events. It is going to be a day full of Executive sessions and Executive meetings and roundtables.

jared spataro15.15- 16.30: Jared Spataro, Work like a network: The power of Enterprise Social. General Manager, Product Marketing – Microsoft Office Division. As General Manager of Product Marketing, Jared manages business strategy, product direction, and go-to-market programs for the SharePoint, Yammer, Project, and Visio businesses.  A career software professional, his experience includes roles in engineering, product management, product marketing, and sales.  Jared holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BS in computer science from Brigham Young University.

He is a great speaker and inspirator I think. I saw him presenting the Keynote  at the SP 2012 in Vegas and did a great job. On Wednesday march 5th I will have a personal meeting with Jared Spataro to talk about the concept of JCC Consultancy.
