Hi there,

My name is Jean-Claude Chan and I am the founder and owner of JCC Consultancy organization and this blogsite.

In 2012, I started my independant organization  JCC Consultancy supported by Microsoft to focus on only non managed Microsoft Business Partners.

This concept was an unique business model in the world and JCC Consultancy has evolved in the last 6 years into an organization that not only helps Microsoft business partners to change their businessmodel and increase their revenue, but also helps Business Partners to go from a SI organization to a Digital and Independent Software Vendor focused organization.

In 2015 IBM Bluemix asked JCC Consultancy to help them to accelerate its Go to Market strategy into the Benelux and Europe and in 2016 Oracle CX hired JCC Consultancy to drive Oracle’s new Cloud proposition CX into the Benelux market.

In 2018, JCC Consultancy not only offers consultancy services in terms of Cloud Strategy, Sales, Marketing , Change Management, but also introduces a new services called Applications Development Outsourcing/Nearshoring.

JCC Consultancy also offers advice on Mobile Strategy and Mobile Application Development Platforms.

Market research 2018 shows that 85% of System Integrators in Europe is open to outsource their App development activties

JCC Consultancy conducted a market research among 500 European companies (mainly System Integrators, Consultancy and Resellers)  and asked them if they need help and are interested to outsource their Application (App, Mobile, Web) Development activities to other countries.

We are still an unique niche player for Microsoft Unmanaged SMB (Small Midsize Business) Partners worldwide.

My organization JCC Consultancy organization is  an independent organization and solely 100%  focused on Microsoft Unmanaged SMB (Small Midsize Business) Partners worldwide. This makes JCC Consultancy  a real niche player in the market.  We work closely with Microsoft in order to help out and support Microsoft SMB Partners in the execution of their short and longterm plans.

We help, consult, guide, support, train (Start-ups, Silver, Gold, Unmanaged and Managed) Microsoft SMB Partners in an executional way to make the right choices and improve their business processes in terms of Cloud Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Delivery and Competence Management.

I have noticed the last few years having worked for Microsoft partners and  SMB, Corporate and Enterprise accounts that there are many Microsoft partners who are actually missing out on the latest information and development within the Microsoft stack and world. A lot of partners are so busy focusing on making money and living the moment to survive or to generate income without thinking about a long-term strategy.

A clear long-term strategy is key to survive the coming years

A clear Strategy is key for every company to make sure your company is still alive and out there , 3 or 5 years from now. Since Microsoft is changing so fast towards a devices and services organization, it directly forced many Microsoft partners worldwide to serious rethink and revise their current business model and how to act tomorrow and not to stay behind.

Not every Microsoft partner is updated with the latest intel within the Microsoft world

Microsoft claims that she is supporting many Microsoft partners globally to transform their business into a sustainable organization. Based on my experience, it is true that Microsoft has indeed improved her way to guide and support the Microsoft partners,but it is impossible for Microsoft to help out or guide  every single Microsoft partner in a proper way.

That is why I have decided to launch this special website in order to help out Microsoft partners (from SMB to Corporate) and inform them on the latest developments and changes within the Microsoft world.
