28th August 2019, Executive Roundtable Microsoft Netherlands and Success Software Services: Nearshoring versus Offshoring

Hi everyone,

Today, August 28th 2019, I was hosting for Success Software Services an unique Executive roundtable with and at Microsoft Netherlands HQ at Schiphol.

As research has shown, currently there are 54.000 IT Vacancies open in the Netherlands and almost 85% of companies in the Netherlands and Europe has pointed out that they are having difficulties to recruit/hire /find skilled and experienced Software developers (in Microsoft Power Platform,  IoT, AI,  Power BI, Power Apps)  Data engineers and Security specialists.

This roundtable is unique as Microsoft Netherlands has never done this kind of roundtable before.

Success Software Services is a Microsoft Gold partner in Application Development and we are a Powerhouse in Outsourcing/ Offshoring Software development projects to our dedicated Development teams in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

At this roundtable, I showed the attendees the trends/ facts and figures on the huge shortage of IT expertise in the Netherlands and the EU.

I will also show the true facts that companies really need to look outside Europe at Offshoring and Outsourcing companies such as Success Software Services.
